Problem:  Can't Log In

Problem:  Can't Log In


#1  Your name/password is case sensitive.   Also make sure there are no spaces
    >  for example, MyPassWord is different from mypassword



#2  If your login was working, but after heavy downloading, now it does not work:
   
> You have reached the 1500 MB / day / drive limit.    (Details...)

    > Your login will work again later (up to 23 hours), or try movies on a different drive
 


#3  We may have changed your password due to excess usage.     
    > Check the log



#4  Delete your cookies
    > Tools, Internet Explorer, Delete Cookies

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Problem:  Can't Play Movie

#1  Install Windows Media Player 9
    >  Download here

    >  You can also use Radlight Player (free)

 

#2  I have a Mac and there is no picture, only sound
    
> Try MPlayer for OSX

 

#3 Try to download the movie.
    >  Right click on blue "Download" button, Save As

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Problem:  Can't fast forward movie after downloaded

The file is probably corrupt.  If you are not in the United States, data corruption is more likely.

    >  Try to download the movie again.  

 

    >  Try a download manager such as GetRight, and also don't download more than 1 file simultaneously.    

 

    >   If the movie still doesn't work, the file may be corrupt on our server.  Please tell us which movie it is and we'll fix it.
