 1.  Tell me about VCD
Video CD holds up to 80 minutes of audio and video, with quality comparable to mastered VHS tape.
We use certified plus Taiyo Yuden media with protective color cover with discreet disc title and logo.

 

2.  Will VCD play in my DVD player?
Most late late model Pioneer, Philips, Denon and Panaonic DVD players will probably work fine.

 VCD capable stand alone DVD players:   Apex AD-600A, AVPhile 702/713/715 (Raite, Hoyo, Monyka 8200, Yamakawa), Hitachi DV-P250U, Konka KD-1800U, Philips 170, Philips DVD865at, Philips DVD950, Pioneer DV-414, DV-515, DV-525, DV-626, DV-717, and DV-C302D, Sony S315, S500D, S715, S3000, S7000, and S7700.  Late model Pioneer, Philips, Denon and Panaonic DVD players will probably work fine.

 Non-VCD capable stand alone DVD players:   Denon DVD3000, Kenwood DVF5010, Panasonic A100, A110, A120, A300, and A330, Philips DVD710, Philips DVD730, Philips DVD750, Philips DVD825, Samsung DVD 709, Sharp 600U, Sony S300, S330, S530D, Thomson-DTH 2500, and Toshiba SD3109

 

3.   How do I play VCD in my PC?
If you can play MPEG (.mpg /.dat ) files now, you're already set. 

Any Windows 95/98/ME/2000/NT/XP system can play VCDs with the included Microsoft Windows Media Player.  

To play, open the file called 'AVSEQ01.DAT or 'MUSIC01.DAT' under folder /MPEGAV with Windows Media Player.

4.  How do I play VCD in my Mac?
Apple computers use Quicktime and a VCD movie player program.

5.  Tell me about DVD
DVD offers twice the quality of VCD.
We use Taiyo Yuden DVD-R.   It is 100% compatible with computer DVD-ROM and nearly all DVD players made in since 1999.  Check here for full list.

 

6.  How will my discs be packaged?
     
Packaging is very discrete!  Addresses are printed.  We do not reveal the contents inside.  
We use standard U.S. Postal Service Priority Mail packaging.
Your discs are sealed with tamper evident plastic wrap and then double wrapped in dense foam.
Your discs include non-woven cotton sleeves.

7.  If I order today, when will I get my discs?
You will typically receive your order in 1-3 days. 
We ship orders the very same day when received by 12pm Mon-Sat.  
You will receive an e-mail confirmation with Tracking # and ETA upon shipment.

 

8.  How do I get the "Buy 5 get 1 Free" movie?
Put the free movie title in the "notes box" at check-out.
Free movies must have the same value as other 5 movies.

We burn from hard disk so your movies will not have errors.
We burn at 16x for the greatest compatibility and reliability.
We are the only site to use digital filters to improve video quality as necessary.
