2. Tell me about downloading
	Unlike other sites, we offer *thousands* of movies, have *dedicated* servers, do not limit your speed, and do not remove old movies! To allow this, there is a 1500 MegaByte / day / drive limit. If you reach this amount, your login will not work until the appropriate time has passed. Movie / drives : We have 3 drives, so that is 4500 MegaBytes per day. ( about 22 full length movies per day! ) Each movie has a unique id number. For Example, http://www.dragoncd.com/product.php?product_id=100 > drive 1 has movies with id = (1 - 1227), (2791 - over) > drive 2 has movies with id = (1228 - 2086) > drive 3 has movies with id = (2087 - 2789) If your login doesn't work, please try again later (up to 23 hours) or try movies on a different drive Why is this better? Our system allows us to offer thousands of movies, without removing old movies, at a reasonable price. No site offers real "unlimited downloads" (they will slow you down, limit your logins, or have few full length movies ) Our system offers you the fastest speed, most content, and best value.
3. Tell me about movie quality
	Our encoded .wmv looks 90% the same as original .mpg The only difference is that you may notice some artifacts during high motion scenes You may test movie quality and speed with free sample movies on our home page and join page
4. How do I download?
	"Right Click", "Save As" on the blue Download button on the movie's preview page Our site also supports download managers such as GetRight or FlashGet
5. How do I burn VCD from .wmv?
	You will need to convert the movie from .wmv to .mpg 1) Download free TMPG Encoder here 2) Rename the movie from .wmv to .avi (highlight the file and press F2) 3) Start TMPG Encoder, Click "Browse", Select the .avi movie 4) Click "Start" ( the program will output the movie in VCD compatible .mpg format ) We recommend using Nero to burn VCD. 6. What are the system requirements?
	Windows PC with Windows Media 9 or Radlight Mac with MPlayer for OSX. A fast Internet connection.
7. Tell me about discounts / promotions

8. How will I be billed?
	You will be discretely billed as "*CCBill CC Inc" or "PayPal * DCD**" There will be no mention of the source or content on your bill.
9. Where is the Members page?
	To browse full length movies only, click on Log In at the top menu You may also browse the rest of our site normally to view all movies (full length + clips)
10. Can't Log In / Troubleshooter
	In order to provide thousands of movies, we have a daily download limit. Please see our trouble shooter
11. I forgot my password / How do I cancel?
