offers free replacements on damaged and defective discs
If
your disks have a manufacturer defect, DragonCD supplies free replacements at
our option. Please check our
website for complete details about disk usage and compatibility to ensure that
your disk is indeed defective. Replacement
disk requests must be sent via email within 30 days of purchase date.
In some cases the defective disk may need to be returned to us for inspection in
which case the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
If your disks were completely or partially damaged or
allegedly rifled due to the United States Post Office, please notify us via
e-mail and a replacement will be issued immediately.
The package and its damaged contents are to be returned to DragonCD by
the customer. Return shipping costs
will be reimbursed in full to the customer.
